All fonts dropping on Windows Chrome & Firefox (current browser versions)

All my custom fonts are fine on most browsers, mobile, and MAC. However, on Windows 10 all fonts are dropping on Chrome & Firefox. I’ve cleared cache on server, wordpress, and browsers. However, on cross browser testing, all the fonts drop.

I do have an API Key that I paid for.
