AMTS Pro doesn\'t resolve W3TC issue

I just purchased and installed AMTS Pro. I’ve been testing it on my site mipasho.com (multisite.) I added amts_mobile_theme in W3TC “Rejected cookies,” cleared all caches, and even restarted php5-fpm on my server to clear APC cache.

The site still has the same problem as when using free version of AMTS; namely sometimes it serves mobile pages on a desktop and vice-versa. It seems to randomly alternate between mobile page and desktop page regardless of the type of device being used. How can this be fixed?

P.S. Does adding amts_mobile_theme in “Rejected cookies” mean pages won’t be cached for mobile visitors?
