Couldn't process your request

Every time I try to load a font I get this error message.
“CEFW2 : Couldn’t process your request at the moment. Please try again later”

I paid to be able to load more then one font but I keep getting that message and have for the last few days.

I also sent you a email but, haven’t gotten any response.

What should I do?

Hi,

We would like to apologize for server down time for around 3 days. With your love and support we are growing bigger and our server was unable to handle all the request. It would have been down for just few hours but due to our server upgrade ambition we made a blunder and we had to setup all the things from beginning.
