Couldn't receive font file for conversion

Hi, i’ve just purchased a new licence key for a new website and every time i try to upload a font i get couldn’t recieve font for file conversion.

i’ve tried the alternative loader and the php one but it still doesn’t work

I’ve disabled all of the other plugins on the website, i’ve also tried uploading the font to a different website on the same server that uses a different api key and that works fine.

any suggestions?
