    Hello

    Although the Server Connection test is successful, I’m getting this message:

    Couldn’t receive font file for conversion

    I have researched this and contacted the host based upon a response provided to another user:

    It means that your server is unable to send the font file to our server for the conversion. Can you make sure you have $_FILEs enabled for Curl ? I think it will better to talk about it with your host.

    I have contacted my host and they are asking which server on your side needs to be connected to?

    It should be dnesscarkey.com [192.185.153.10] and dnesscarkey.xyz [198.199.74.111]

    Thanks. They checked and everything was set up OK so they couldn’t see the problem. It is however working OK now.
