Font not dispalying correctly on all browsers

Hello there,

I have your plug-in installed on http://www.mrandmrsward.nz the Orator font for all my heading tags displays on firefox and chrome on my computer and devices. However on my clients mac it does not display on her chrome browser even though her version of Chrome is the same as mine where they do display. A default font is used instead. I have a screenshot but unsure how to send it through. Look forward to hearing from you soon.
