Fonts not always loading for all people

Hi!

I have your font working on this website http://www.ramdesh.com I purchased it

For some reason the fonts are not loading consistently for all users. I can see them fine but my client cannot. I cannot figure it out because I can always see them on all browsers….It started happening for her when we migrated to another server, but its weird because it will work, and then not work

Please help!

Hi Jamie,

Can you please send me your site url ? I will check and try to find the cause.

Also, if this is caused after server has been moved. Please try deactivating and reactivating the plugin.

Hi there,
I’m using UAF in the Divi Builder V3. It’s possible to use custom fonts in the backend, but not in the Frontend Visual builder. Is there a possibility to show them up also in the frontend?

As of now we don’t have such feature. But thinking to add it soon for Divi Frontend Builder.
