Fonts Not Displaying

Hello,
Great plugin, I use it on multiple websites.

There is one site that for some reason it’s not working on. http://rmiller.spindigitalconsulting.com/

This site uses the same version of WP, same theme and general plugins as my other sites, however, when I upload and assign new fonts they aren’t displayed.

I’ve checked on Chrome and Safari as well as cleared all caches.

Any recommendations?

Hi Travis,

Your theme or some other plugin have assigned the heading elements as Calibri and have marked as important. So our plugin is unable to overwrite it. Can you please remove those assigned font first ?

I had a feeling it was something silly I had done.

Travis how did you remove the assigned font? I have tried everything including deleting my theme and re – instlling it – even wiped the whole word prtess database re uploaded it.. I don;t know what else to do.

Hi Simon,

Removing font assigned from our plugin is really easy. You can just delete the font assign from the list. However, if you are using some cache system (may be plugin or cache from your server), those changes might remain for a while. In that case, can you please clear you cache and check ?
