not loading fonts

    hy, im trying to upload one font to my website. It loads, then it sais converting, and when it ends: error!
    it appears a note that sais:

    Couldn’t receive woff file
    Couldn’t receive eot file

    i did diferent times, first with a ttf font, then with an woff.

    help!!
