open another form when click on button?

I created a form using contact form 7. In that form two buttons are there. When you click on submit button it will execute the current created form. What i want is when clink on another button it will displays another form take 2-3 fields with submit button.

Hi Vijay,

We don’t have any features that can meet your requirement. It is just a jquery validation script and doesn’t handle any other things.

I believe you may need some custom code or contact contact from 7 support for this.
