Radio Buttons

On our form we gathering data for an event, and each sponsor gets 5 guest, two of which can be designated as VIP.
So I have 5 rows, each has Name and Phone, and VIP (Yes/No radio buttons). I’d like to disable the Radio Buttons on a row after they’ve selected two VIP on any of the other rows.
So that once the select two VIPs then the can’t select anymore.

If they change one to “No”, and then radio buttons are enabled again.
Is this possible with this plugin?
