Random font and size assignment in Chrome randomly

I am having an intermittent (yet critical) problem affecting a font I am using. If you browse to http://www.nataliewatts.co.uk you will hopefully see a fairly small body font size. However on some laptops (using Chrome) the font is randomly being substituted as shown in this picture (though this isn’t happening consistently):

I can’t figure out what is doing this and why it’s random, but it’s catastrophic for the design obviously!
