Use Any Fonts does not work!

Hello,

I have already validated my API, I have urgency to use a font on my site, but I have been receiving the message “CEFW1: Could not process your request at the moment. Please try again later”.

I have already enabled and disabled all additionals settings, I’ve already converted ttf to ttf, I’ve done everything!

Please help me.

Hi i have a regular api key but i can’t upload new font.I received this smessage

“Couldn’t receive font file for conversion”

I tried to activate alternate font upload but nothing happens

can you help me?

Hi Giovanni,

Can you please untick PHp Uploader and tick alternative server and try again ?

Now the message is: Couldn’t receive font file for conversion

I tried again and the message is: Convert Response is Empty. Please try again enabling alternative uploader from Additional settings below.

I found the plugin that generates the error… it’s toolset 🙁

Hi Giovanni,

FYI, you can later activate once the font upload and assign is done. Since our server connection is only needed for the first time when you upload the font.
