Website goes to mobile on 13\" Laptop

My client has a 13″ Mac and when he opens the website in either Safari or Chrome it always goes to the mobile theme and not the desktop theme. Since it’s not a mobile device is there any setting I can change or fix?

OS: 10.9.2 / 2.5 GHz Intel i5 / 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Browser:

Hi KaBaDaBrA,

Do you site have any cache plugin ? Also can you make sure switch to mobile theme were not clicked in those browsers earlier ? Those settings are saved in cache for a day and will display the mobile theme till the cache gets cleared or Swtich to Desktop theme has been clicked.
