Hi SVCC,

Our any mobile theme switcher is just a theme switching plugin. So it doesn’t handles any settings towards the theme. Also, wordpress only allows to have theme options when that current theme is active. So i think you can activate the mobile theme for a while and change the option as required and later reactivate again the desktop theme.
