Same problem for me, bought API key, set-up ‘Use Any Font’ and tried OTF and TTF file types, not working and get the same ERROR message as Kim above (CEFW2 : Couldn’t process your request at the moment. Please try again later)

Maybe it’s a server issue if lots of people are having this problem?
