I just read one of your replies which said the following;

Hi Olga,

It means that your server is unable to send the font file to our server for the conversion. Can you make sure you have $_FILEs enabled for Curl ? I think it will better to talk about it with your host.

What does this mean and how can I check if it is enabled or not?

And Dinesh, no I will not give you my WP details.
