Was there any development on this lately?

I still have the same problem that even with the amts_mobile_theme added to the Rejected Cookies, I still get the same theme on both desktop and mobile. I have to turn off Page Caching altogether from the General Settings for the switching to work.

Using WordPress 4.1 now and the latest of all plugins.
