Sorry about it. You can download the pro version from here. http://dnesscarkey.com/any-mobile-theme-switcher-pro/ and upload it. Please deactivate and remove the lite version plugin.

Once it is done, you can check this documentation http://dnesscarkey.com/any-mobile-theme-switcher-pro/w3-total-cache-setup for W3 total cache setup.
