I am using your plugin to manage user account access to my clients website. We use your plugin to block any account with the role “Disabled”. When a user has not made their payments we have an automated script to change the role to “Disabled”. When they have made their payments we set the role to”Subscriber”. I’m not sure if this was working all along or if a recent update broke this workflow but even when an account set back to “Subscriber” they are still blocked.
Is this the expected behavior with your plugin? Can you please advise?

Such behavior is not possible with our plugin. However, we can’t ignore that there might be conflict with other plugins. Can you please deactivate our plugin and see if the issue still exists ?
