I am using WordPress Version 3.5.2. I don’t see anything that looks like the setup direction. I can’t find the performance menu anywhere. Therefore page cache, reected cookies are no where to be found. So I don’t know where to add the short code. Please, help.

Did you check the settings page of the Any Mobile Theme Swticher plugin ?

Also, which cache plugin you are using ? Any Mobile Theme Swticher Pro only works with W3 Total Cache.

Please check this snapshot if you are using W3 Total Cache. For other cache plugin, we don;t have solution yet.
