Hello,
Thank you for your patience and for letting me know! We’ve been getting multiple reports of this cURL error from clients, so I’m currently in the process of setting up a new server on a different hosting provider to address this issue comprehensively. I’m optimistic that this new setup will help resolve the issue for everyone affected.
AlejandroGuestHello, you are a polite person, and for that reason, I will wait one more week for you to resolve the issue.
In the meantime, I will continue enduring the spam flood in my inbox.
Let’s hope you can fix it.
I’ll be keeping an eye on this situation.
Thank you.
Anja KretzerParticipantSame Problem here. As this is a quite “fresh” thing, I am happy to see if there’s a solution.
Let me know if there’s anything I can do to help you troubleshoot.DineshKeymasterIf you are trying to activate the license, but the page reloads and shows no error message at all, then this might be the case.
Suggested Steps to Resolve:
Check CDN Settings: Some CDNs might be causing this issue. One of our premium users mentioned that disabling the OVH CDN fixed the issue for them.
Contact Your Hosting Provider: Please reach out to your hosting provider with the following details:
Whitelist my server’s API endpoint https://dineshkarki.com.np/ (where the license verification request is sent).
Clear the Cloudflare cache, especially for the domain and the verification endpoint.
Disable Edge Cache TTL or set it to a very low value in Cloudflare, ensuring that security pages aren’t cached.
Check firewall settings (Imunify360 or ModSecurity) and make sure they aren’t blocking or delaying external requests.
Disable Caching Temporarily: Ask your host to disable caching for the license verification process. This will ensure that Cloudflare or server caching doesn’t interfere with the request.

Anja KretzerParticipantI have no cloudflare, no caching and no CDN. And I have many sites with different providers. I can’t contact all of them about the endpoint. I don’t think that is a viable solution. I have no problems with any other plugin activations. Isn’t there anything you can do? As we see there are many other people with the same problem.
DineshKeymasterHi there,
I understand your concern. You may not have set up Cloudflare, caching, or CDN, but many hosting providers use Imunify360 or ModSecurity by default. If you can send me the wp-admin details of one of your sites or its staging site, I can take a closer look and confirm the issue. You can send the details to dnesscarkey@gmail.com.
Yes, this has been an issue for others as well, and the above-mentioned process has resolved the problem for most of them.
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards, Dinesh
