Can't verify API KEY cURL error – D Ness Car Key

trying to verifyy paid api key get this error:

Something went wrong: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to dnesscarkey.xyz port 443: Connection refused

i deactivate any other plugins , deavtivated my firewalls still doesn’t work . what is the issue?
also tried with just a free api same error
