Couldn't receive font file for conversion

I get this error-message, when I try to upload a font.

Couldn’t receive font file for conversion

It’s a free font and a font I bought.

What could be the problem?

Hi Olga,

It means that your server is unable to send the font file to our server for the conversion. Can you make sure you have $_FILEs enabled for Curl ? I think it will better to talk about it with your host.

P.S.: Your plugin worked yesterday – but today it doesn’t work anymore and I have a suspicion that my host provider has made some changes again … :/

Hi Alenka,

It should be by default in normal host. But may be there is some restriction in your host. I suggest you to talk with them regarding this.
