Hello I’m using WooCommerce Gravity Forms Product Add-On and it seems your plugin is incompatible. My setup is a local environment I tested the plugin on a standard page and it works as expected however on my product pages validation is not working. Is there anything I can try to get it working?
Much appreciated
MatOctober 21, 2021 at 4:21 pm #431176DineshKeymasterHi,

October 23, 2021 at 11:07 am #431315MatthewGuestHi sorry for the late reply (notification went into junk)
With the Gravity Forms Product Add-ons extension, advanced product configuration forms can be built and linked to any product in WooCommerce. Forms that contain conditional logic, pricing fields, user input prices, conditional-pricing fields, conditional submit button logic can all be created for your products. Additionally, any product that contains a Gravity Form is tracked in the cart to ensure, no matter how complex your product form only unique configurations are added to the cart and duplicates are incremented in quantity.
I’ll send a copy over as requested, thanks

November 1, 2021 at 8:14 am #432113MatthewGuestHi Dinesh, when do you think you can get those file over for me to try out? 🙂
November 2, 2021 at 5:33 pm #432263DineshKeymasterHi Matthew,
Finally got chance to setup the plugin, was quite bit confusing for me and took longer than expected.
However, i didn’t find any issue with both plugin in used. Have created a snapshot here. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/5870503?key=f63a80b77229a84451a756df83fa6a52
I doubt may be it is due to some other plugin in your setup. Can you please just use Woo Commerce, Gravity Form, Addon and our plugin and see if you still get that error msg ?
Thanks
November 3, 2021 at 10:24 am #432328MatthewGuestTried all of the above including switching to a default theme but when i add a class to any element the form fails to load on the product page. This is Chromes Console Error;

November 3, 2021 at 10:59 am #432335DineshKeymasterHi Matthew,
In that case you might need to create a staging setup of your site and allow me to check and find the issue there. Any chance it is doable ?
Thanks

MatNovember 4, 2021 at 10:55 am #432475MatthewGuestHi Dinesh
I’m still running into issues with this. Can you check on your test setup if you can add the item to your basket because on my site with this plugin enabled it wont let me.
Regards
