Duplicated notices

Hi Dness, multi-site purchaser here. THANK YOU for how much you do to stop spammers!

This is minor, but it’s been going on for a few months: the notification that Armour is active shows twice, such as this:

I’m noticing it on more than one site, so I don’t think it’s really anything specific to my installation. Perhaps you can find the bug for the next release. Thanks.
