    Actually, clicking the “use alternate server” box in additional settings solved the problem.

    I tried Boris’ fix and now it is saying
    Couldn’t receive woff file
    Couldn’t receive eot file

    Any idea what to do next?

    I was getting the same error when I uploaded so I took Boris suggestion and selected the “Use alternative server” option. That appeared to have worked but when I look at the site on any other device other than my computer the fonts aren’t displaying on the site. Any ideas? Much appreciated
