Font conversion incorrect/not working

Hello I did everything as asked and shown and the font uploads etc but does not convert propperly I converted 8 fonts, it all looks the same and this is incorrect – all look like arial!

Hello Dir/Sir,

We buyed your plugin use any font, and it works great.
There is problem, with the font in our website check the link i provided:

you see that the font nexa x bold is not vieuwing properly.
