Font not working

I’ve uploaded a font called Kind Heart. The upload looks fine.
I’m using Page Builder. When I go to the text box, highlight and select the drop down for font, Kind Heart appears in the list (and as a script font) but when I check it, it makes the highlighted words a serif font.
I’ve tried other uploaded fonts without a problem.
The Kind Heart font that I have is working fine in all other applications.

Thoughts?
