font works on desktop but not iPad or iPhone

Hi, I’m having an issue with a font downloaded from Envato. I’ve tried uploading both a ttf and otf versions. Is there a way I can add a backup google font for it to use in the code? I need to use it quite large as a script but it looks odd when it defaults to the default font.

Hi Joni,

When using our plugin, you don’t need to add backup fonts. As our plugin makes font work for all the browsers and devices.

Regarding your issue, there is font path conflict. Please go to our settings tab, from there please enable Absolute path. After that please clear the cache of the cache of minify plugin if you are using any. And this should fix the issue.
