Fonts missing after update plugin

Hi there,

Each time I update the Use Any fonts plugin I have to manually reset the “use absolute font path” to make the font be visible again.
Why is this happening and how can I fix it? I have this problem at multiple websites. I’m also using the SG Speed Optimizer (cache) plugin.

Are you using any other cache or minify-related plugins? We’ve noticed that using multiple optimization plugins often causes this issue.

Thanks for the response. I’m using SG Speed Optimizer plugin but no other minify-related plugins. Within my theme (Salient) though, there is “Performance” Tab which contains this option (and others as well):

Move jQuery to Footer
Attempts to move jQuery to the footer to make it non render-blocking. Note that this can break third party plugins/scripts which require JavaScript to be loaded in the head. Additionally certain WordPress plugins will still force jQuery to load in the head, such as WooCommerce.

Could that be something that interferes? If not, could i send you the list of options for the performance of the theme?

jQuery shouldn’t be the issue here, as our concern is only with the CSS file. However, next time there’s an update, could you send me the URL before making any fixes on your end? I’d like to check the CSS files and try to identify the root cause.

Hi Dinesh,
Thanks. These are other CSS related options from the theme. Like: Remove Block Editor (Gutenberg) CSS, Remove WordPress Emoji Script/CSS
, Remove Legacy Icon CSS.

On https://telesalesdirect.nl I still have version 6.3.11 so if you’d like I could update that towards 6.3.12. But how do you want to proceed with this? Once I update I also want to fix the font asap again.

I just updated it from .11 to .12 but it is still allright, even with cache flush.

Not sure why and how but it’s good now. Can we try telesalesdirect.nl now?
