    Hi there,

I was made aware that using the Google Recaptcha settings on the Divi contact form module settings was not GDPR compliant as this sets a cookie that needs to be disabled on the loading of the website until the user accepts the cookies. How does this plugin work? It says it is GDPR compliant, so does it not set any cookies? I need to be sure that nothing is being set against GDPR rules for the UK. The website I have installed the plugin on has been subject to someone informing us that it is not GDPR compliant and I do not want my client to receive any fines for breaking GDPR rules.

I am using the iubenda.com plugin to block scripts or iframes in it’s settings, so is there anything I need to add there?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Simon,

Ya. It is GDPR compliant. This is what we don’t do.

    1. Don’t store user information.
    2. No Cookie set.
    3. No external API calls.

    Hope this clears up.

    Thanks
