I used google fonts for mine (I’m struggling to assign the font for just my menu but it works); I used google fonts and downloaded that font as a link download which gave me a zip which when opened you can use for this format. Hope that helps!
No. It doesn’t link to any third party solution at all. The fonts you have uploaded remains in your own server and there is no tracking or information sharing. So it is completely GDPR compliant.
Also, if you want to use google font, as Chesh said, you can download the google font and upload via our plugin. In this case fonts are served from your own server and not from google.
