This is my score on Google Speed Test: 64 / 100Speed

I am wondering if you have recommendations. I am using W3Total Cache-and thought I had minified the CSS & Javascript.

Here are the issues:
Should Fix:
Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
Reduce server response time

Consider Fixing:
Leverage browser caching
Optimize images
Minify CSS
Minify JavaScript
