I use the plugin on other sites with the same theme and it is fine, but not on this one meitan.co.il .I enabled a default WordPress theme and the issue persists.
On theme twenty fifteen the fonts changed
On theme twenty nineteen it didn’t.
I deactivated all plugins except the font plugin and it made no difference
Theme support suggested that it may be a server related issue,
The server replied: I thoroughly checked your case and examined the server logs but could not find any entries which indicate that the problem is coming from the server environment. As a part of my investigation, I have also tried changing the PHP version of the site, clearing the cache, setting the correct files/folders permissions but the issue persists.
That said, to get more information on this matter, my recommendation would be to consult with the plugin developers who are best familiar with the specifics of their script and will be able to pinpoint the cause of this behavior and assist further.
Neither the theme support nor the server support could resolve the issue I hope you’ll be able to help
