    Hello,

A customer reached out saying that they cannot upload files on the product page. They get an error message that says “the security nonce is invalid or has expired”

I’m using the plug-in Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload (Pro) – WooCommerce

    Any suggestions?

I should mention I deactivated the plug-in so others don’t run into this issue.

    Hi Casey,

Thanks for letting me know. Could you please share the URL where the upload form is located so I can take a closer look?

    Best regards,

toastedmaple.com/shop/custom-tokens is one. Any shop page on the website where people upload files, which is most of them. But I currently have the plug-in disabled.

    Hi Casey,

I tried reviewing the page but couldn’t find any clear cause just yet. Could you please send me the plugin file at dnesscarkey@gmail.com? I’ll install it on our localhost and try to replicate the issue from there.

    Best regards,
    Dinesh

    Hi Casey,

Thank you so much for sending the files. I setup it in my localhost and try uploading the images and there was no issue at all. I was able to upload the images. https://tinyurl.com/29e6srz9

Where as in your url https://www.toastedmaple.com/shop/custom-tokens/, though you mentioned you have disabled our plugin, i am still getting this error The security nonce is invalid or expired. Since our plugin is inactive there, this could be from other plugins. Also, we don’t have such error message by default.

    Thanks
