Issues with validation and multi-page form

I have a form with two pages. There are required fields on each page.

As soon as I activate the plugin I cannot get past the first page. Clicking next does nothing even with all fields on the first page filled in correctly. As soon as I deactivate the plugin the form works as expected.

I’m using version 1.9 of the plugin with Gravity Forms 2.6.7 and the partial entry add-on.

Can you please send me your form url where i can check the issue ?

Also, do you have additional gravity form addons ? Any chance you can deactivate them for test ? Wanted to make sure there is no conflict from add ons.

Sorry for the delayed response. I didn’t get a email notification.

I can’t give access with the plugin activated as the dev version is local and the live site is a fairly busy site so we can’t activate it.

I’ll see what I can do about this at some point and come back to you.

I am using custom hooks to validate bank accounts with a 3rd party API. (gform_validation_1)

Just for test, does removing that custom hooks makes our plugin run properly ?
