Legit submissions blocked

Hello, we installed the WP Armour plugin and some legit form submissions are getting blocked. It seems to be getting blocked when submitting the forms in Edge private browser or mobile phone browser (Android). We tested firefox, edge, and chrome in regular browsers which do seem to be working. Is there a reason that some browsers would work but others not?

Hi Cody,

There is high chance, this is due to IE taking the old browser cache.

If you are using cache plugin, can you please clear it cache and see if that helps ? Also, i suggest you to try in Edge privating browsing to test.

Also, having multiple cache plugins sometimes makes difficult to clear the cache.

If the issue stll persists, please kindly send me your form url and i will check it in more details.

Wordpress using Elemantor
I have a similiar issue – I think.. sorry never done this before.
My contact forms came up with the default Honey error when i logged in as the Admin.
tried to send a test on the contact form
I have tested from the site to Office 365 and it works using WPO365
I had to disable Honey for the contact form to work
I have uptodate HOney.
Refreshed Pot Field Name

so now have to leave Honey diasabled
What can I do?

What is the relation of your Elemantor form and Office 365 / WPO365 ? Can you pleas explain this ?
