“missing form label” and “Multiple form Labels” errors

in the page https://www.bioline-saty.it/en/checkout-2/ (after adding a product) we find 3 errors: “missing form label” and “Multiple form Labels”
You could check with Wave addon for Chrome.
If we deactivate WP Armour, the errors don’t compare.
How could we solve this?
