Mobile Theme to take affect

I want to keep my current theme I have for Desktop Website, so I’ve just gone into the live preview for a different theme and made the changes for a mobile theme. However when I change themes using Any Mobile Theme Switcher none of my changes take affect unless I actually activate the theme, but then it changes my desktop theme to that as well. How can I make changes to the mobile theme and have them take affect only on mobile devices.
