Not embedding fonts

My fonts show up in the list with alternatives in the listing and then do not properly embed into my site.

Hi

Can you please make sure these things ?

1. If you are using SSL, please make sure your SSL is setup properly. (You may use Really Simple SSL like plugin for it.)
2. If you are using cache, minify or CDN plugin, please set Use Absolute Path to Yes from our plugin’s settings Tab.
3. Clear the cache of your minify or cache plugin.

I have uploaded fonts, made sure they are the right format, they all look correct when I add them to my computer but in the website, they look like a plain text versus how they should look. I did all the things listed above but that didn’t fix the issue. I am using Beaver Builder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The ones in the box are the new ones I have added. They all look generic like this and the same when I try to add them to a page. It’s been a while since the other ones were added above the box but they all still work great.

Hi,

Can you please send me the font file at dnesscarkey (@) gmail (dot) com ? Seems like our plugin is unable to convert them to woff2.
