i’ve purchased a script font for my site but when i upload it into the ‘upload font’ area it doesn’t show the actual font but some regular font instead. so then when i go to install it, it’s not showing the script font, but something else.
Haven’t been able to replicate this issue in our end. So if any one can send me a temp login details at dnesscarkey (AATT) gmail (doot) com, i can check and try to find the cause for it.
Found that this is happening due to the old OpenSSL library installed on your web host. You need to contact your WebHost support and ask to upgrade your OpenSSL library. Upgrading to OpenSSL 1.1.1 will resolve this issue.
The same thing is happening to me. We do not use Lets Encrypt SSL certificates. We use certificates provided by AWS (Amazon Web Services). Every time we try to upload a font we get the ‘cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired’ message. Our certificates are valid and not expired.
Hi, same on my plugin… I contacted my WebHost and they told me, the newest ssl-certificate is installed. No idea what to do now… I bought your key for 9 Dollars and it’s not working… hmmm…
