Old API key, not valid a discount

Hello,

We’ve purchased a “Key Type: Premium (Unlimited Sites/Fonts)” on July 2, 2017 and now that I’m currently updating our site (via a staging environment) the current plugin says:

“You are using old API Key. Please get your replacement key from [here]. You don’t need to pay again. Use your old key as Discount Coupon and it will apply 100% discount. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.”

However, the old API does not activate any discount on your website. I hope you can help resolve the issue.

Hi Rogier,

May be you already used the discount code before ? Just asking as many user re-generated the new key and forgot about it.

Any chance you can send me your key at dnesscarkey @ gmail . com ? Or using our FB chat widget from bottom right section ? I will check and resolve it.
