Hi Keton,

Thank you so much for the details, i logged in the site and found that you are using Block Checkout. Our plugin doesn’t support Blocked Based WooCommerce checkout, it only works for Shortcode based checkout. The required hooks/action we need to insert the code is not available in block based checkout.

I don’t use block checkout on my main site, I’m using classic(https://www.kfmaps.com/checkout/). I actually did not setup Woocommerce on the test site, just got the sandbox payment running for you to test it out. I see that Block is the only option in the latest version of WordPress. I have gone into the Test site and added the Classic Editor Plugin and converted the Checkout Page and Cart Page to Classic and using the Woocommerce shortcode.

The problem I’m having is on the Product page and the Cart page. When the Extended Plugin is activated, using PayPal as a payment option opens a popup that then closes abruptly and the select a different payment error happens. This happens with Venmo also, but not Google Pay or Amazon Pay. All of these payment options are activated on the Product Page, Cart Page and Checkout Page. With the Extended Plugin activate, the Pay with PayPal option works properly only on the Checkout Page.

Prior to posting this problem, site fuctioned and the PayPal/Venmo options worked. We got a call from a customer saying the PayPal option was not working out of the blue. I had not updated any plugins or WordPress install in that time, so I have no idea what caused this issue. All I know for sure is, when I disable the Extended version of your plugin those options work again on the Product Page and Cart Page. Thanks!

BTW, I have made sure the PayPal and Venmo options are available on the Product, Cart and Checkout pages. The error is showing for me, so you should see it now. This is what I am seeing on my main site. Thanks!

Hi Keton,

Not yet, i tried all the possible way to setup paypal for my temp site but due to me location being in Nepal i haven’t been able to. The old sandbox account i used doesn’t work any more.

There is a hook called wc_ajax_ppc-create-order, for some reason that has been firing in your setup here. https://www.kfmaps.com/shop/waterproof-accessories/waterproof-license-holder-pack/. Couldn’t check on staging site as it was using block checkout.

Also, the issue is that this is happening for few setups only. I asked with few users and their system is working fine.

any fix for this? IF we have quick checkout on the new woocommerce blocks it pops up paypal then fails and disappears.

I would have to ask for a refund otherwise?
