Remove css and js when desktop

Hello,
We have the 1.8 version installed. Now, want to upgrade to de latest version, but the last programmer who worked with us, modified the plugin. The message he left in the plugin is this: ” EDITED! To remove css and js references if it is desktop”
Can someone help me and tell me where this change is made to locate it and take it in care in the update?

Hi Iratxe,

Actually there is no major update recently for our plugin. So i don’t think you should update your customized plugin yet. If it is working fine for your now, you don’t need to worry about the update.
