SAFE MODE Restriction in effect – D Ness Car Key

After doing some bulk plugin updates I noticed this plugin had been disabled. After re-enabling it the website broke with the following error:

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script whose uid is 1018 is not allowed to access /tmp owned by uid 0 in /home/mimi1089/public_html/xxxxxx/wp-content/plugins/any-mobile-theme-switcher/any-mobile-theme-switcher.php on line 16

Fatal error: session_start() [function.session-start]: Failed to initialize storage module: files (path: ) in /home/mimi1089/public_html/xxxxxxx/wp-content/plugins/any-mobile-theme-switcher/any-mobile-theme-switcher.php on line 16
