I have the Jquery Validation for Contact Form 7 Pro plugin installed on a Divi theme website with a fairly complex application form. Here’s the problem… If any required fields are not populated, it doesn’t scroll the page up the required field error. Nothing happens at all, so the person submitting the form has no idea if the form submitted or if there are any errors. Is this a recent bug? Or is there anything I can do fix this?January 30, 2020 at 8:46 pm #361020Ryan K.Guest
I just figured out that this has to be a bug in plugin version 4.3. This issue exits in 4.3, but 4.1 works perfectly fine. Please fix ASAP!January 31, 2020 at 2:57 pm #361246DineshKeymaster
Which version you are currently using ? Is it older version currently ?
Any chance you can create a staging site and add the new version there ?

I reverted back to 4.1 since 4.2 and 4.3 seem to have the same issue.
Please note that I tested 4.3 on the default WordPress theme as well and I had the same issue. This happens on multiple websites too. I also deactivated all plugins to see if there was a conflict.
I just can’t figure it out, so that’s why I reverted back to 4.1 on all the websites I manage.February 3, 2020 at 1:41 pm #361970DineshKeymaster
