Single font not working – D Ness Car Key

HI, I got free API and tried uploading a single font, it uploaded and converted ok (I think) and I assigned it to all body elements, but it’s not showing properly in either backend or frontend. All fonts just changed to a Times New Roman type font, whereas I uploaded the Alcefun font.

Tried on a different site where I have $10 premium API and it works there. Do I need to buy a premium key? I only need one font for this website.
