Unexpected Error Occured. Please enable/disable alternative server from settings

Hello,

I use WordPress and Oxygen Builder Classic 4.9.3 and I can’t upload any font. I testet ttf, otf, woff, woff2 and it says always “Unexpected Error Occured. Please enable/disable alternative server from settings tab and try again.!”

– I enabled alternative server to –> YES
– The key is active
– predefined fonts work and occur in Oxygen Builder

Still not working.

Hi,

I doubt there is some js error in your wp-admin may be from conflict with some plugins. Just for test, can you please deactivate others plugins and see if that still helps ? Then we can investigate as per it.

Hi I found the error!

My hosting provider STRATO generates the error. STRATO’s firewall (ModSecurity / WAF) is blocking outbound cURL requests from my website to https://server3.dnesscarkey.org/uaf_convertor/convert.php. This prevents the Use Any Font plugin from sending the font file to its external converter server, so the upload and conversion process fails.
