Uploaded fonts not working or showing correctly

Hello! I’ve used this plugin a handful of times before (I have a pro license) with no issue. This time I just uploaded a couple of .otf fonts (from the Druk family). A couple issues:

#1 – They’re not actually showing in the UAF interface like they normally would upon upload.
#2 – The fonts don’t show on the front end even though I did assign the H-tags within the UAF interface.

Any thoughts on how to fix? Site is hosted on SiteGround. Temp URL is http://laurend7.sg-host.com/.

All UAF “Settings” are set to “No” with Font Display Property set to “Auto.”

Font family “default” in my Theme (Jupiter by Artbees) is set to Roboto. I cannot delete the default. I can only change it. I have not set any other fonts within the theme.

I have cleared my theme and server cache a couple times now. The issue persists.
